With sadness, we share the passing of Theodora Carreras (Westfield, New Jersey). Theodora, born in Maplewood, New Jersey, passed away on August 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Perry; and her husband Israel. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Talbot, Maria Carreras Kourepenos and Stephanie Carreras; her sons-in-law, Kerry and Mark; and her grandchildren, Alexa, Ariana, Ellery and Peter.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home (582 Springfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Nicholas Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church (80 Laurel Ave, Roseland, NJ 07068). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07091).
