He is survived by: his son James "Jim" Szurek; his siblings, David Szurek (Janet), Linda Szurek (Ruth Szczepanski) and Reverand Doctor Pamela Szurek; his nephews, Stephen (Gloria) and Jeff (Stacy); his niece Katie (Jeff); his friends, Joey and Kevin; and his pet Dusty. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
