He was predeceased by: his parents, Hirl Campbell and Dorothy Pucker; his stepmother Elise Campbell; and his brother Richard Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Campbell; his children, Caitlin Anne Campbell and Tripp Aaron Campbell; and his brother Brian Campbell (Gail Campbell).
