He was predeceased by : his daughter Crystal; his nephew Brian; and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by : his daughter Gina; and his brother Greg. He is also survived by 4 Nephews, 1 Niece, 4 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
