She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Catherine Lewis (Casey); her husband Ron; and her siblings, Velma Martin, Dorothy Cross, William Lewis, Marjorie Gimler and Jack Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald (Diane), Damian and Christopher (JoAnn); and her caregiver Terry. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, seven nephews, three nieces and several grand nieces and nephews.
