Kwiatkowski (Bob); her husband Leon Womer; her children, Eileen Mabee, Robert Kwiatkowski and Thomas Sean Kwiatkowski; her sisters, Maureen Yago, Margaret Yago and Kay Vaughn; her daughter Kathleen Kwiatkowski; her daughter-in-law Jane Kwiatkowski; her stepchildren, Michael Womer (Diane), Christine and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Jessica Kwiatkowski-Carroll (Rob Carroll), Michael Kwiatkowski, Danielle Smith-Boldt (Jesse Boldt), Mary Ellen Smith Riker (Glenn Riker), Hailey Womer and Shawn Womer; her great grandchildren, Luna Riker and Thomas Sean Carroll; her nephews, John and Bill; and her niece Linda.
