We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Michael Doboney of Wharton, New Jersey, born in Dover, New Jersey. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Michael Doboney to show support.
Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise (John Costello) and Julie; his grandchildren, David Phelan (Alison), Heather (Brian Cronin), Kaitlyn and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Luke, Maddie and Beau; and his sister Julia Bolcar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wharton American Legion Post 91 (99 N Main St, Wharton, NJ 07885).
