He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Slack and Marion P. Slack (Griffin). He is survived by: his significant other Patricia L. Veres; his brother Robert Slack (Kathleen); his children, Rebecca Slack of Succasunna, NJ, Thomas Slack of Long Valley, NJ, Madison H. Brackelmanns (Kenneth Franklin) of Union, NJ and Lydon F. Brackelmanns of Lake Como, NJ; his aunt Virginia "Ginny" Miller; and his uncle Bill Slack (Florida). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tuttle Funeral Home (272 NJ-10, Randolph, NJ 07869).
