He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita Correa; and his children, Margarita Carmona, Rudy Correa, Ester Yermal, Diane Acevedo, Derlin Acevedo, Ida Meza, Edwin Acevedo, Hector Acevedo and Henry Acevedo. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren.
