He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Gilligan Nayar of Wharton; his daughters, Anita Nayar Gallay (Jacob) of Denver, CO and Christine Nayar Ediger (Mark); his granddaughter Leah of King; his brothers, Rakesh, Naresh and Suresh; and his cousins, Asha, Amit and Sumit Trehan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bermingham Funeral Home (216 S Main St, Wharton, NJ 07885). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
