He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Skolek Perasso; and his daughter Jill Carol Skolek. He is survived by: his son Michael Skolek; his nephew Robert Perasso; and his cousins, Laura Schonwald Forward, Arlene Kondrick Klotz, Barbara Kochan Garren, Geraldine Kochan Hampton and Krista Kondrick Gathman.
