He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Sr. Muklevicz and Emily Muklevicz; and his wife Mercedes Muklevicz. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph A. Muklevicz, Jr. of Camarillo, CA and Curt L. Muklevicz (Barbara) of Whiting, NJ; his goddaughter Cynthia (Matt) of Mission Viejo, CA; and his nephews, Chris (Kelly) of Camarillo, CA and Joe (Linda) of Ninety Six, SC. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
