With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl N. Stives of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Somerville, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Edward Stives and Sandra Stives; and his sister Sondra D. Stives. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Stives; his son Troy Stives, Sr. (Amanda); his grandson Troy "TJ" Stives, Jr.; his siblings, Joseph Stives, Jr., Larry Stives and Carla Stives; his siblings' children, Tiffany, Kimber-Joy, Monique and Travis (Deandra); his great-niece Loghan; Lisa Boiko.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to his son, Troy for expense.
