She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Forte, II; her parents, Robert Tierney and Anastasia Tierney; and her siblings, Melanie Herenda, Stacie Bochman and Danny Tierney.

She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Forte, III (Linda), Louis Forte (Sharon), Douglas Forte (Deanna), Robert Forte (Erin) and Thomas Forte; her grandchildren, Richard, Melissa (Joe), Joseph, Meghan, Daniel, Katelyn, Kennedy and Grayson; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, Thomas and Madison; her siblings, Robert Tierney and Kerri Campen (George); and her pet Arya.
