Kelly of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ferrante and Theresa Ferrante. She is survived by: her children, Eugene R. Kelly, Jr. and Michelle Kletter; her children-in-law, Jane Kelly and Howard Kletter; her grandchildren, David Lopes (Caroline), Eugene R. Kelly, III, Michael Bacigalupo (Claire), Thomas Bacigalupo, Joseph Kletter and Michelle Kelly; her stepgranddaughter Maranda Schlipf; her sister Anne Roselli; and her friend Carol Spirko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's memory to the Shriners, Wounded Warrior Project, or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
