John Erla Obituary
The world bids farewell to John Erla of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Teaneck, New Jersey, departing on July 1, 2025 at the age of 87. John leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Erla and Amiela "Nellie" Erla; his sisters, Lottie and Stella; his sister-in-law Barbara; and his pet Gonzo.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Magee"; his children, Mark Pellicano (Patricia), Gregory Pellicano and Susan Sharpe; his grandchildren, Albert Sharpe, Nicole, Cynthia Gagnon (Mark) and Chelsi May; his great grandchildren, Nicole, Alex, Tony and Mia; and his siblings, Chris, Peter and Agnes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home (115 Lacey Rd, Whiting, NJ 08759). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
