She was predeceased by: her husband Craig Lewis; her son Todd Lewis; and her brother Bill. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer (Scott); her brother Robert; and her grandchildren, Shane, Victoria and Will. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Judith believed deeply in helping others, and through tissue donation, her kindness and generosity will continue to touch lives.
