She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester H. Blackwood and Bertha M. Blackwood; her husband D. Michael Welch; and her siblings, Barbara Perrette and Brud Blackwood.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Welch (Michele), Judy Bass (Karl), Ned Welch (James Condos), Michele Josephsen (John), Jonathan Welch and Carolyn Hedrick (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Heather Huntley, Jenny Welch, Corey Bass, Jenna Bass, Michael Josephsen, Connor Josephsen, Katie Welch, Jonny Welch, Christopher Hedrick and Haley Hedrick. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
