She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Smith; and her parents, Joseph Kasprzak and Florence Kasprzak. She is survived by : her sons, Richard Smith (Michele Falconi) and Joseph Smith (Lori Monsees); and her siblings, Benjamin, Joseph Kasprzak and Dolly Yackel. She is also survived by grandchildren.
