It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Armbruster of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Waverly, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Armbruster; and his son Brian Armbruster. He is survived by: his children, Eric Armbruster (Karrie) and Suzanne Zalinski (Paul); his siblings, Harry Armbruster (Susan), Mary Jo Carney and Jeanne Denaro; his sister-in-law Helen Massaro; his grandchildren, David Kindred (Mickayla), Megan Armbruster and Emily Kindred; his great grandchild Deekin Kindred; and his granddaughters, Nova Rowe and Vienna Kindred. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a foundation Robert was part of to help our fallen and disabled armed services, police officers and firefighters.
