He was predeceased by: his wife Susie K. Stuart; his son William Z. Stuart Jr.; and his siblings, Charles H. Stuart Jr., Marylou Adams and Patricia Horner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharene Boothroyd and Colleen Burg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family members, friends.
