He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Powers and Dorothy Powers; and his brother Craig W. Powers. He is survived by: his wife Deborah P. Powers; his daughters, Brenda Powers-BenAttou (Alfred Meddings Jr.) and Michelle Megargel (Michael Megargel); his grandchildren, Zayne BenAttou, Coraleena BenAttou, Mason Megargel and Megan Megargel; his sisters, Patricia Moore (Alfred) and Maureen Finch (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Hayman (Royden) and Cynthia Romeo (late Phillip Romeo). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, and ten great-nieces and great-nephews.
