He is survived by: his wife Linda Underwood; his children, Carl Underwood, Stephanie Underwood (John), Danielle Underwood, John Underwood and Amanda Underwood; and his siblings, Robert Underwood (Kathy), Michael Underwood (Harriette), David Underwood (Joann) and Diane Stickley.
