He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ulbin and Elizabeth Ulbin; and his brother Bill Ulbin. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew (Jayme) and Stephen (Noelle); his granddaughters, Natalia, Aleyah, Haley and Sarah; his sister Ruthann Ulbin; and his goddaughter Danielle Rachubinski.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home (851 Monmouth St, Gloucester City, NJ 08030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the New St. Mary's Cemetery (515 W Browning Rd, Bellmawr, NJ 08031).
