He is survived by: his children, Brittany Jaconski and David Jaconski Jr.; his stepson Anthony Joseph "AJ" Valleriani; his granddaughter Olivia Rae; his mother Mary Jaconski; his siblings, Raymond Jaconski Jr. (Jessica), Denise Peidl (Charlie) and Monica Brown; his nieces and nephews, Nicole (Matt), Christina, Jessica, Samantha (James), Ray, Amanda, Julia, Jason, Damien and Skylar; and his close friends, Michael Zielinski, Mikey Jay, Brian Storm and Gilbert Craig.

In lieu of flowers, contributions towards his funeral expenses would be appreciated, donations can be sent to the funeral home at the address above.
