He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Walsh and Helen Walsh; and his brother Charles Lawrence. He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Rempfer (Bill, Sr.); his nephews, William, Jr. (Mary Lou), Joseph (Pam) and Daniel Rempfer (Jannette); his niece Anna Granville (Ian); and his cousins, Kathleen Caulfield (Michael), Barbara Kennedy (George) and Beth Plechner (David).
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in Ed's name would be appreciated by the family.
