She was predeceased by: her children, Betty Lou Kitchens (Allen) and Elwood Bates Jr. (Wanda); and her brother David Eugene Roun. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Hoffman (Edwin) and Laura DiRocco; and her siblings, Ruth Gallagher and Howard Roun. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren.
