He was predeceased by: his father Harold M. Boyer; his son Darius Boyer; and his siblings, Derek Carl Boyer, Manuel Tavares and Linda Tavares.
He is survived by: his mother Delores Boyer; his son Josh Boyer-Harris (Gianna); his grandchild Betinho Boyer; his siblings, Carla Holmes (Keith), Deborah Boyer, Toni Wesley (James), Joseph Tavares (Cheryl) and Stephen Tavares (Wanda); and his significant other Linda Williams. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
