She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bernard Nowak Sr. and Willard "Ouji" Sheppard; and her son Bernard Nowak Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Moffitt and Cheryl Bacon (Len Sr.); and her grandchildren, Bernard Nowak III, Stacie Lindsey (Mark), Christopher Nowak, Michelle Delong (Mike), Danielle Lehman (David), Joe Moffitt, Kelly Banks (Dan) and Len Bacon Jr. (Jamie). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
