Cavallaro, Jr. (Amanda); his stepchildren, Amanda Hoss and Amara Hoss; his grandchildren, James, Ana and Gabriella; his siblings, Leonard Cavallaro (Deborah), Anna Trotz (Fred), Nancy St. John (Bill), Caroline Madjeski (Patrick) and Michael Cavallaro; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Alyssa, Freddie, Stephanie, Nicholas, Brittany, Billy, Sarah, Patrick, Michael, Mark and Anthony.
