He is survived by: his sons, Michael Phillips (Lisa) of Mantua, Daniel Hughes (Kelly) of Clayton, Mark Phillips (Cindy) of Franklinville and David Hoffman (Franklin) of Asbury Park; his grandchildren, Mallory Sharp (Walter), Joshua Phillips, Joseph Phillips and Samuel Phillips; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Harrison and Maverick; and his siblings, Bill Ryan, Norma Hoffman, Gary Hoffman, Marsha, Patty, Marjorie, Bob and Rodney.
