He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Samuel Smith and Margaret Grace (Moran). He is survived by: his wife Madelyn "Lynn" Smith (Montgomery); his daughter Sarah Smith of Elk Township, NJ.; and his sisters, Margaret A. Ryback and Patricia A. Smith of Broomall, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
