It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph M. Smart of Williamstown, New Jersey, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Anna; and his brother John Smart (Toni). He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Christopher Smart (Alisha), Brian Smart (Megan), Ashley Campbell (Colin) and Anthony Mancini; his siblings, James Smart (Robyn), Maryann Smart, Michael Smart (Elena), Anna Marie Mills (Thomas), Andrew Smart and Bernadette Westcott (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Calista, Damian and Sloane.
