He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller; his children, Kenneth Miller, Jr. (Ruth), Kevin Miller (Marta Armata) and Rachel O'Sullivan; his siblings, Scott Miller and Terry Miller; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Miller III, Ashleigh Miller and Kyler Miller.
