She is survived by: her husband Daniel Hetrick; her grandchildren, Shawn, Matthew, David, Brandon, Madison, Daniel, Emily Rose, Savannah Mae, Emma, Sophia, Gianna, Shane, Skylar and Kristian; her siblings, Bobby Hemphill and Barbara Hemphill; Ednamae.
