He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Deputy; his children, Jim Deputy, Jr. (Tracy), Todd Deputy (Kathy) and Denise Eaton (David); his brothers, Tom Deputy (Marti) and Norman Deputy (Frances); his grandchildren, Jamie, Hunter, Thomas, Maria, Angel, Tyler and Olivia; and his great grandchild Logan.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation in Milton's name be made to the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia, PA, 19104.
