It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raeann Olivia Offner of Williamstown, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother John Henry Offner III; and her grandfather John Offner Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, Heidi Rettershofer and Jack Offner II (Kate); her stepfather Brian Biggs; her grandparents, Walter, Dolly Rettershofer and Patricia; and her siblings, Heidi, Brandie Biggs, Patrick and Andrew Weatherby. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to Norton Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
