She is survived by: her husband John M. Phillips, Sr.; her sons, John Phillips, Jr. (Janice) and Larry Phillips (Susan); her grandchildren, Sharon Harrison (Andrew), Tara Gustavsen (David), Rebecca Phillips, John Phillips III and Randall Phillips; her great grandchildren, Liam Phillips, Sienna Harrison and Luke Gustavsen; her friend Virginia "Ginny" Chew; and her pet Patches.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Downer Methodist Church c/o Cheryl Smith, 1905 Stanger Ave., Williamstown, NJ 08094.
