She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Worth Titzel and Dorothy Shipley Titzel. She is survived by : her children, Robert W. Barlow (Annmarie) and Becky Barlow Fitzsimmons (John); and her grandchildren, Meghan, Daniel Barlow, Joseph McCarthy, Erin and Ryan Fitzsimmons.
