She was predeceased by : her parents, Dennis C. O'Connell, Sr. and Mildred O'Connell (late John R. Murdza); and her brother Dennis C. O'Connell, Jr.. She is survived by : her sister Kathleen Mickschutz; her children, Sharon L. Allen (Walter) of Fieldsboro and John D. Murdza of East Windsor; her grandsons, Chad Allen (Stacy), Todd Allen (Brittney), Keith Allen and John A. Murdza; her great grandchildren, Joshua Allen, Colton Allen, Charlotte Allen and John J. Murdza; her sisters, Cynthia McGhee and Aileen Gregg; and her sister-in-law Virginia O'Connell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
