He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kadir and Veronica Kadir; and his brother-in-law Leo Lamare. He is survived by: his wife Romaine S. Kadir; his stepchildren, Steven John Kadir (Chrissy Ziegler), Melissa A. Kadir (Chris Speer) and Kristin L. Kadir; his grandchildren, Jonathan James Kadir, Ava Marie Speer, Clay Speer and Mark Motichka; his sisters, Dolores Serafin (Joseph Serafin) and Theresa Lamare; his niece Jennifer Fusco; his great-nephews, Mark and Anthony Fusco; his nephew David Sloboda (Gina Sloboda); his great-niece Samantha Sloboda; and his nibling Lindsay Lamare-Young (Eddie Young).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Steven's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
