He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Revis (Lail) and Willie Revis; and his siblings, Betty Smith (Don), Donald and Gerald Revis.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Gloria Revis and Cathleen Revis; and his close friend Phyllis Carney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
