It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evmorfia Raissis of Woodbridge, New Jersey, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michial and Irene Michial (Anairousis); and her spouse Zannis Raissis. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Raissis (Anastasia) of Seattle, WA and Irene Alton (Scott) of Amherst, NH; her grandchildren, Leah Raissis, Emily Raissis, Zane Raissis, Evmorfia Alton and Sophia Alton; and her siblings, Mary Michial of Athens and Xristos Michial of Athens, Greece. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (41 Wisteria St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demeterios Greek Orthodox Church (41 Wisteria St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Clover Leaf Memorial Park (1 Cemetery Rd, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095).
