With solemn reverence, we commemorate Florence Gerhart of Woodbridge, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on May 16, 2025 at the age of 100, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara and Michael Jachowicz; her husband Joseph P. Gerhart; her daughter Patricia Pucciarello; and her siblings, Bernadette York, Joanne Kurtz, Frank Jachowicz and Ladislaw "Butch" Jachowicz.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Gerhart and Richard Gerhart (Frances); her grandchildren, Marlana Rokose (Don), Richard Gerhart, Jr. (Jamie) and Kristy Pucciarello; her great grandchildren, Asley, Dylan, Christian and Noah; and her great great grandchild Elliana.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home - Woodbridge (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A Mass was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James R. C. Church (365 Amboy Ave, Woodbridge, NJ 07095). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at the Clover Leaf Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) in Mrs. Gerhart's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
