With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jan B. Jencik of Woodbridge, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Maria (Michael B. Jencik); his son John B. Jencik; and his brother Michael Jencik. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kondracki Jencik; his children, Laurie Ann Mahon (Kevin) of Annandale, Joseph Jencik of Woodbridge and Thomas Jencik (Donna) of Barnegat; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Haley, Chloe, Ella Jencik and Emily Mahon.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Alzheimer's New Jersey (alznj.org) in Mr. Jencik's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
