He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Mocarsky and John V. Mocarsky; and his siblings, Judith Sladek and Alvin Mocarsky. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Florio Mocarsky; his son Matthew Mocarsky of Lake Hopatcong; and his grandchildren, Alayna, Olivia and Rebecca.
