She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Prontnicki and Francis Prontnicki; her husband Kenneth John Schultz, Sr.; her siblings, Vera Piatkowski, Sophie Prontnicki, Martha Prontnicki, Anna Mieszkowski, Josephine Andre, Lorraine McCarthy, Stanley Prontnicki, Joseph Prontnicki, John Prontnicki, Edward Prontnicki, Raymond Prontnicki and Francis Prontnicki; and her son-in-law Gerald Lance.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn J. Schultz of Woodbridge, Linda Schultz of Woodbridge, Kenneth John Schultz, Jr. (Denise) of Lake Ariel, PA and Doreen Schultz of Woodbridge; and her grandson Anthony Kenneth Prosapio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
