She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Kendall and John Kendall; her husband Jay J. Hoffman; her sons, William Hoffman and Donald Hoffman; and her sister Barbara Taggart.
She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Hoffman of Barnegat, Linda Hoffman of High Bridge, Patricia Knarr of Nazareth, PA and Bonnie Hoffman of Plymouth, MN; her grandchildren, Justin Hoffman, Lindsey O'Rourke, Amy Lafferty, Suzanne Williams, Tricia Knarr, Kate Ellen Cho, Kelsey Philibert, Kathleen Klardie, Cristin Hanrahan and Jennifer Chiarello; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Nolan, Brennan, Declan, Ryan, Rosalind, Myrna Mae, Holly, Vivienne, Kayleigh, Gabriel and Christian.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) in Mrs. Hoffman's memory would be greatly appreciated by her loved ones.
