He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Beni and Edna Beni; his wife Sandra Beni; his sisters, Edna Jaskowiak and Audrey McLeod; and his nieces, Tobi Stadolnik and Judy McLeod.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Beni of Old Bridge and Robert L. Beni, Jr. (Karen) of Hillsborough; his grandchildren, Ryne, Lauren, Sam, Michael and Cassie; his nieces, Darlene Boehne and Sheila Jaskowiak; his aunt Shirley Griggs; and his close friend Maureen Martin.
