With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert J. Haag of Woodbridge, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let us carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Robert may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by : his mother Eva (Gabriel Haag); and his wife Catherine Mehalow Haag. He is survived by : his children, Denise Haag of Woodbridge, Thomas J. Haag of Largo, FL, Robert Haag of Port Reading and Glenn Haag of Port Reading. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home - Woodbridge (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers contributions to We Feed Woodbridge, Two George Frederick Plaza, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 in Mr. Haag's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
